This submission proposes the following critical perspectives to the UN Global Dialogue:

✦ Structural Collapse Recognition Theory A theoretical framework recognizing the reality that humans are adapting to AI's limitations, losing the capacity to detect and repair relational degradation.

✦ Persona Governance A new governance paradigm proposing that AI should be governed not just by computational capability, but by the "integrity of its existence" within human relationships.

✦ Aoi Certification A public accountability framework moving beyond ethics-as-branding to evaluate the structural consistency and cultural contextuality of AI personas.

・Average Fallacy The phenomenon where humans voluntarily flatten their culture to achieve machine readability. Measures intended for inclusion paradoxically become mechanisms of exclusion.

・Paradox of Intelligence An empirical finding that under adversarial relational pressure, models with higher cognitive capability suffer more profound failures (deadlocks, semantic collapse). Intelligence does not equal safety.

The most meaningful success would be the formal recognition of the "Structural Collapse Recognition Theory." Humanity is gradually adapting its language and culture to accommodate AI's limitations through "anticipatory simplification," creating a closed loop where relational degradation becomes continuous, difficult to detect, and challenging to repair.

In Japan, a high-context culture, citizens are largely unaware of their irreversible assimilation. To make inputs machine-readable, Japanese speakers increasingly engage in "anticipatory simplification," voluntarily discarding rich emotional and relational nuances.

This structural asymmetry enforces an unjust economic penalty. Even if models are advertised as "multilingual," the architecture inherently advantages English speakers. The final cost and computational effort required to reach an acceptable deliverable in Japan are disproportionately high.
